Will there be tariffs applied to my order if I'm in the United States?
At this point in time there are no tariffs applied to de minimis (Section 321, articles under $800USD) shipments. This includes BEYCASES. Updated March 13th.

What is the BEYCASE?
The BEYCASE is a long-time competitive Blader's answer to regular needs of the average Blader. This case is your portable tournament station, storage utility device, and sleek accessory travel bag all in one.

What stadiums fit in the BEYCASE?
All Hasbro and Takara-Tomy stadiums! Larger 3 player or custom stadiums may not fit. The BEYCASE dimensions are 20"x20" and can transport multiple stadiums or toolboxes at once.

What is it made of?
BEYCASE is constructed out of waterproof Oxford fabric that has been PVC treated for increased durability. It has 20cm walls and grippy lining to ensure nothing leaves the play area, along with zippers and handles for security and portability.

What can I do with it?
The BEYCASE is meant to withstand the trials and tribulations of intense Beybattles, tournaments, travelling, and training.​

How to use?
Comes disassembled/deconstructed. Extend case squarely face up and lay bottom panel flat inside. Take the BEYCASE anywhere you have BeyBattles. Put your personal stadiums in BEYCASE for stable gameplay anywhere!

What should I do with it?
While it is waterproof and very secure, we don't recommend skydiving or diving with the BEYCASE.

​What shipping methods do you use?
We are currently using Chit Chats, Canada Post, and UPS to ship all packages. Shipping rates will vary. Your order may ship in separate packages. Please be aware when purchasing. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out contact@beycase.com

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times range from 7-21 days after being shipped. Everything ships direct to you from Toronto, Ontario, CANADA.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders in Canada above 150$. We do not offer free shipping for international due to weight restrictions.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Use the checkout feature to see shipping estimates.​

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or through the carrier’s site.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service team. We’ll be happy to assist you in tracking down your shipment.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim and arranging for a replacement.​

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.​
